Trine Krarup is the controller for inquiries to Lystlund Skovhus. Contact: info@skovhusferie.com.
Information and purpose
We process your name, email address, requested arrival and departure dates, number of guests and message. We use this information to answer your inquiry and discuss a possible stay. Your name, email address and stay dates are required to process the form; the message is optional. Please do not include sensitive information.
Legal basis
Rental inquiries are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) to take steps at your request before a possible contract. General inquiries and protection against misuse are processed under Article 6(1)(f). Our legitimate interests are responding to inquiries and protecting the form.
Email, hosting and security
The form sends your inquiry to our email account. Simply.com provides hosting and email and processes information as a service provider on our behalf. People with access to the account may handle the inquiry. A hashed identifier derived from your IP address limits misuse of the form within a one-hour window. Hosting may also involve technical server logs and backups.
Retention
Inquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted from the mailbox no later than six months after the last contact. If an inquiry results in a booking, relevant information may be needed longer to administer the contract and meet legal obligations; further information will be provided when booking. Deleted information may temporarily remain in provider backups until their normal expiry.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@skovhusferie.com. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk or another competent supervisory authority.
